What is your refund policy?
All services are no fundable, we reserve the rights to refuse service to anyone. If you have any issues please text or call us directly, we are more than happy to help resolve problems as customer service are our highest priority.
What if I'm late?
If you believe you will arrive late to your appointment please let us know. We will try our best to make things work as efficient as possible, but please understand we are often fully booked and other clients may be affected due to tardiness.
What if I need to cancel last minute?
If you need to cancel, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance, last minute cancellations will result in no refund of security deposit. Thank you for understanding! Much love from Lisa’s Lash!
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and Apple Pay. Other regional payment options may also be available at checkout.
Scheduling Policy
We do require a $30 security deposit for appointment’s confirmation to deter last minute cancellations, thank you so much for understanding!
